If something goes wrong because of how a product was made, we’ll replace it.
No drama. No fine print. We’ll make it right.

The Ironclad Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing faults under normal domestic use.

Basically, if you use the product the way it was intended and it fails, we’ll replace it.

If you use your pan to hammer nails into a wall, we can’t help.

Unless there’s a terrific story.

Then I’m guessing replacements will be managed on a story-by-story basis. I’ll check with our legal team.
