What is the Grande Legacy Pan for?

Do I need to season the pan?
No. The pan is triple seasoned by hand. It will keep improving with use.

Does it work in the oven?
Yes. Our seasoned cast iron works on any heat source, including induction, barbecue, and campfire.

Can I use metal utensils?
Yes, but avoid sharp edges that could scrape the seasoning.

How do I clean the pan?
Hand wash with warm water. Dry thoroughly. Rub in a little oil before storing. Do not soak. Avoid soap where possible. Avoid the dishwasher. It says terrible things when you’re not around.
