Shipping policy

NZ & Australian Delivery

To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact live shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. NZ orders are shipped from Auckland and Australian and international orders from Melbourne, Australia.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your package to arrive, once it's been sent, before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive as quickly as possible with rural, public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances, it can take longer, depending on the shipping option, location and payment option you chose. We strive to complete all orders received as soon as possible. Unless out of stock or only available to pre-order, all orders are shipped in 3-5 business days. The Heirloom being the only exception.

We offer Flat Rate Shipping on orders over $100.  Rural delivery surcharge applies in New Zealand.  

 

International Delivery

We heavily subsidise shipping to help as many people as possible access the best cast iron. Discounted rates are calculated at checkout. Please contact us at hello@ironcladpan.com if your address/ country does not offer you a shipping option. We are currently unable to ship to USA.   

 

Duties & Taxes

We work hard to minimise costs, but import duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs authorities. If applicable, these fees will be collected locally. For a smooth experience, we recommend checking your country’s import guidelines before ordering.

 

Shipping Options

You'll find live shipping rates for your country at checkout. We ship far and wide and significantly subsidise the shipping costs. Good quality cast iron is heavy. It’s the least we could do.
