If you're not happy with your Ironclad, we want to know about it. Whether it's a change of mind, a problem with your purchase or something that happens years down the track, we're here to help.

We’ll give you a return reference so we can process it properly.
30-Day Home Trial
For our cast iron products we offer a 30-Day Home Trial. Live with it. Cook with it. Fall in love. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, you can return it for store credit or a refund less shipping costs. Email hello@ironcladpan.com and we’ll get you sorted.
Three Generation Guarantee®
Our Pure Cast Iron range carries our Three Generation Guarantee® cast directly into the iron. If it ever fails because of how we made it, we’ll make it right. In your lifetime. Your children’s. And your grandchildren’s.
Lifetime Guarantee
Our Satin Enamel Cast Iron range comes with a Lifetime Guarantee. If something goes wrong because of how we made it, we’ll replace it. Simple as that.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return arrives, we’ll process your refund or store credit.
Refunds are made to the original payment method and usually take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Store credit will be issued to the email address used for the original order.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Damaged, Faulty & Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, email us as soon as you can at hello@ironcladpan.com with your order number and a few photos.
We’ll sort it out.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this stage.
If you would like something else, choose store credit when you start your return and use it toward your next order.
What Can't Be Returned
Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a reason.
