The exterior coating is a black glass enamel, baked at lower temperatures for a softened, aged look and feel. Inside is premium Ironclad cast iron. The result is a pair of mini skillets that cook like pure cast iron with the clean up of modern cookware.
Each skillet is 10cm across. Small in size, but made with the same steady heat and lasting utility as the rest of the range. Easy to lift. Easy to serve. Moves easily from oven to table.
