Ironclad Wool Fibre Knives are hand-crafted from premium stainless steel and the beautiful off-white handles are a plastic substitute made from sheep's wool.

The Sharpening Steel is a 'No. 3 Cut'. A general purpose sharpening etch that’s coarse enough to tackle even the dullest blade in your kitchen. The black steel will last longer and doesn't rust.

Like all of our products, Ironclad Knives and Sharpening Steels are made to order and made to last. Each one is unique and hand-crafted in New Zealand and comes with a lifetime guarantee.
