If you aren’t satisfied with your Ironclad order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or store credit, less shipping costs.

Starting a Return

Email hello@ironcladpan.com before sending anything back.

We’ll give you a return reference so we can process it properly.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds and Store Credit

Once your return arrives, we’ll process your refund or store credit.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and usually take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Store credit will be issued to the email address used for the original order.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, email us as soon as you can at hello@ironcladpan.com with your order number and a few photos.

We’ll sort it out.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this stage.

If you would like something else, choose store credit when you start your return and use it toward your next order.

What can’t be returned

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or any other applicable consumer protection laws.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a reason.
