Made from responsibly farmed bamboo, the Grande Serving Lid is carbonised under heat and pressure for strength that rivals hardwood. Cross-laminated in three layers, it resists warping when exposed to heat and moisture.

At 36cm wide and 2cm thick, it is as dramatic as it is practical. Designed to sit flush on the Grande Legacy Pan, it seals in heat and prevents spills.

The recessed handle makes it more than a lid. Flipped, it becomes a stable serving board, allowing food to be served right at the table.

Every Serving Lid is meticulously hand-finished, each edge shaped for balance and longevity.

Bamboo regenerates quickly after harvest, making it one of the world’s most renewable resources. Once carbonised, it becomes as dense as hardwood, stable, and resistant to stains and heat.

The Grande Legacy Serving Lid is responsibly made, renewable, and enduring. Built to complete the Grande Legacy Pan for practicality in the kitchen and for serving at the table.

Hand wash only in warm, soapy water. Dry straight away for best care.

Will it warp or crack?
The lid is carbonised under heat and pressure, then cross-laminated in three layers to resist warping. With care, it will last for many years.

Is it safe for hot pans?
Yes. Carbonised bamboo is dense, stable, and resistant to stains and heat. Perfect for serving straight to the table.

Is it covered by the Three Generation Guarantee®?
The Grande Serving Lid comes with the Ironclad Quality Guarantee. If it has any issues with workmanship or craft, we will make it right. Ironclad seasoned cast iron is different. • Legacy Pan Shorter

Every pour is quality tested to ensure that our cast iron is pure enough to cook with.

In Australia and New Zealand, the cast iron industry remains unregulated, with no specific standards for "Food Grade Cast Iron." While we are working to change that, it’s currently up to each manufacturer to ensure their products are safe. At Ironclad, we choose to meet the highest global standards for cookware, including the requirements set by California Proposition 65 and the FDA.

  • Handcrafted with the same care and quality that defined cast iron cookware of generations past.

Inspired by vintage cast iron pieces from the 1800s, our signature finishing techniques create an elegantly smooth surface that feels almost like ceramic. By carefully grinding and polishing the cooking surface and base, we can create cast iron that is both naturally non-stick and gentle enough for even the most delicate cooktops, including induction.

  • With every Heirloom pan, you receive lifetime access the Ironclad Vault.

The Ironclad Vault is a secure digital platform that stores your Ironclad Guarantee alongside your family’s most treasured recipes.

As part of a thoughtful gift, the Ironclad Vault can also be preloaded with recipes and messages from friends and family. For weddings, anniversaries, or milestone moments.

  • Your purchase not only nourishes your family, it also helps feed a family in need.

A portion of the profit from each Ironclad Cast Iron Pan sold goes to KiwiHarvest, a charity dedicated to rescuing surplus food and distributing it to people facing food insecurity.

At Ironclad, we challenge throwaway culture through the concept of 'generational shopping', creating products that last and stay out of landfill.
