INGREDIENTS
2 x eggs per person
Cream (optional)
METHOD
Whisk eggs until light and fluffy.
Add a dash of cream or milk if you like.
Prep your toast and heat the pan.
Put a tablespoon of butter in the Lil Legacy and wait for the butter to melt and the pan to get nice and hot.
(We go for 7-8 on induction)
Pour the eggs into the hot pan and stir with a flat headed wooden spatula or the Ironclad Paddle in nice big strokes, making sure you get to the edges.
It will take seconds!
Serve and sprinkle with salt, pepper and your choice of herbs.
