INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin Brioche left over from our Christmas Star recipe
Fix and Fogg Everything Butter (You choose how much!)
Sesame seeds to garnish
METHOD
Roll the dough into a rectangle with the long edge facing you. Spread with lashings of Fix and Fogg Everything Butter. The thicker the layer the better! Roll tightly and form into a spiral.
Liberally sprinkle with sesame seeds on the top bottom and sides and leave to rise for an hour in your lightly greased Ironclad Pan.
Heat oven to 180°C and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with extra butter... or not!
